The packaging operator serves as the end of line position responsible for operating the packaging equipment to fill finished product bags with product to be sampled, weighted, labelled, palletized, stretch wrapped, and stored in the warehouse ready for shipment to the customer. Safety, food safety, and attention to detail is the first priority of this role. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Shift Supervisor or other site leadership members with tasks required in other areas/departments.
This position requires personnel to lift up to 50lbs manually, work in inclement weather as well as hot/cold temperatures.
The floor operator provides daily support in the production department. Daily activities include, but not limited to, receive material into the plant using standard operating procedures, communicate with railroad for delivery and removal of railcars, ship material using Bill of Lading information, load, and unload product from trailers, and assist in other areas as needed or assigned by Shift Supervisor or other members of site leadership.
This position requires personnel to lift up to 50 lbs manually, work in inclement weather as well as hot/cold temperatures.
The utility operator provides daily support in the utilities department. Daily activities include but not limited to operations of high-pressure steam boilers, process and testing of chemicals, secondary containment monitoring/control, interaction with process distillation system as well as operations/interactions with the site waste treatment center. Additional responsibilities include assisting the Plant Coordinator with tasks required in other areas/departments. This position requires personnel to lift up to 50lbs manually, work in inclement weather as well as hot/cold temperatures.
Employees must obtain an Arkansas high pressure boiler operator's license within the first 6 months of being in this role.
Lab technician(s) ensures the plant scientific and medical laboratory is prepared for taking test samples, keeping lab records, maintaining equipment and provide data to support findings.
Control Room OperatorControl Room Operators are to monitor operations through various computer monitors, which identify the main operating mechanics of the plant.
