Overtime required based on production need.
Pay: $17.50/hour
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Coordinates with the operator to see what products are running, set boxes, and setting up lines.
- Manage packers on the line while also working the line.
- Teach new packers.
- Help other packers complete shops for the day.
- Perform and complete LUV label returns and teach new packers how to use the system.
- Assist other packers with issues in Pallet Tracking.
- Operate a pallet jack and train new employees on how to use it.
- Know how to work the machine and run it when the operator is gone and/or to help rotate for breaks and lunches if needed.
- Assist in Thermal Rooms as required (PT I duties).
- Other duties may be assigned.

- Interpersonal Skills — Be able to coordinate with the operator on production needs; be a people person who gets along with and works with others on the line; be able to work with the supervisor, other leads and the machine operator with no issues.

Physical Demands- 25-50 pounds 150-300 times during the shift
