Simmons Foods is seeking team players for on-site positions on our production lines. You will rotate through packer, scaler, styler and grader roles to maintain line speeds and product quality across various poultry products.
Candidates should be able to work on a moving belt, perform packing and weighing, inspect and grade products, and follow LEAN-based operating systems. Physical requirements include lifting up to 55 pounds and working in a cold, noisy environment.
