Pepper Source is seeking a Total Quality Urschel Operator for the 2nd shift (2:45pm-11:15pm) to blend ingredients and operate mixing equipment in a fast-paced production environment. Overtime may be required based on production needs.
The role is hourly non-exempt with a starting wage of $19.00 per hour. Responsibilities include loading ingredients, starting and adjusting the mixer, ensuring the product meets specifications, and unloading into totes or bulk tanks.
