Private Duty Nurse LPN - Trach​/Vent Teenager

Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse – LPN/LVN

Schedule: Monday & Wednesday 8:00 pm‑8:00 am.

Location/Setting: Orlando, FL 32806.

Age Range: Teen.

Acuity: Trach/Vent.

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state in which the clinician will practice.
• Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days.
• Current CPR certification (hands‑on component required). Aveanna can assist with obtaining this after hire if necessary.
• TB skin test current within the last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Insert state‑specific requirement here.
• Must have reliable transportation.
