Mercy is seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for its GIG Nursing Program in Fort Smith. This role offers shift flexibility, with 4, 8, or 12-hour shifts, and a base rate of $40/hour. RN license in the hiring or compact state is required, with BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications preferred.
