Pepper Source is seeking a QC Supervisor to oversee food quality standards across processes, materials and products. This salaried exempt role reports to the Food Safety and Quality Assurance Supervisor and runs on the 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm; Saturdays as-needed).
The position involves developing inspection standards, devising sampling procedures, coordinating with procurement and engineering, and ensuring compliance with USDA, FDA, and other regulations.
