Provide differentiated customer service by anticipating customer needs and resolving potential service issues;
Greet customers warmly, maintain eye contact, and assist with locating items;
Accurately perform cashier duties and handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions per policy;
Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and performing inventory tasks as directed;
Support opening and closing store activities and assist multiple departments, including photo/beauty, ensuring departments are stocked and operational;
Assist pharmacy personnel as needed, including working regular shifts in the pharmacy for growth opportunities;
Advocate for new CVS services and loyalty programs to support healthier outcomes for customers
