MEAT CUTTER

Food 4 Less -  - Responsibilities:
Oversee meat department operations including department readiness, staffing and supervision, price maintenance, inventory preparation, and meeting department financial goals;
Support replenishment, receiving, invoicing, and back stock;
Maintain merchandising standards, proper stocking, displays, and signage;
Ensure proper food production, packaging, weighing, labeling, and compliance with safety/regulatory requirements;
Adhere to equipment procedures, safety, and sanitation;
Build relationships and model professionalism and teamwork;
Provide customer service and hospitality per SMILE Program guidelines;
Ensure attendance, dress code compliance, and a safe work environment;
Perform other duties as assigned.
