Simmons Foods in Fort Smith, AR is seeking a Controls Technician to maintain and troubleshoot electrical control systems on production equipment. The role requires hands-on problem solving, strong knowledge of Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, and ladder logic, and a focus on reducing downtime.
You will work with maintenance and engineering teams to modify controls for improved operations and safety, following Simmons’ operating standards. In-person training and safety PPE are provided.
