Manufacturing Controller
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000

- Lead month‑end close, financial reporting, and GAAP compliance
- Drive cash flow analysis, project forecasting, and budgeting
- Oversee AP/AR processes and improve financial visibility across projects
- Manage and develop the accounting team
- 8+ years of accounting/finance experience with leadership responsibilities
- Strong expertise in Percentage of Completion (POC) accounting and project‑based revenue recognition
- Manufacturing, construction, or project‑based industry experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
