** What You'll Be Doing*
* As an  
** Order Fulfillment Representative** , you will have the opportunity to:

+ Orchestrate the entire order lifecycle, from accurate entry and processing to  
** on-time shipment** , ensuring a seamless customer experience.

+ Serve as a central communication hub, collaborating with warehouse, logistics, and production teams to proactively resolve issues and keep orders on track.

+ Act as a trusted partner for our customers, providing clear, timely updates on order status, shipment ETAs, and recovery plans.

+ Drive customer success by leading  
** quarterly business reviews** , presenting performance data, and aligning actions for continuous improvement.

+ Champion  
** process improvements
** by identifying gaps in our workflow and suggesting enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.

** What We're Looking For*
* + A degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience (
** 3+ years** ) in a manufacturing or fulfillment environment.

+ Hands-on experience with  
** ERP/TMS systems
** and a strong understanding of fulfillment workflows.

+ Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and customer service.

+ Excellent communication skills with the confidence to present data and support  
** customer-facing business reviews** .

+ A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving skills and meticulous  
** attention to detail** .

+ Must be able to work in the US, without sponsoship, both now and in the future.
