We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Superintendent to join our team. The Field Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day management of a construction site, ensuring project timelines, quality standards, and safety protocols are met by overseeing subcontractors, coordinating materials, and resolving on‑site issues, while reporting directly to the Project Manager. The Field Superintendent plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our projects, maintaining high standards of safety, quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities Site Management- Oversee all daily construction activities on the project site.
- Ensure adherence to project schedule and deadlines.
- Coordinate the activities of subcontractors and ensure they meet project specifications.
- Monitor and address potential delays or issues on the site.
- Resolve disputes and conflicts with subcontractors.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure work meets project standards.
- Identify and address quality issues promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation of quality control procedures.
- Enforce all safety regulations and procedures on the job site.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and toolbox talks with crew members.
- Investigate and report any safety concerns or incidents.
- Coordinate the delivery and placement of materials on site.
- Monitor material inventory and ensure timely usage.
- Manage material storage and handling to prevent damage.
- Conduct daily and weekly progress meetings with subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress against the schedule and identify potential issues.
- Schedule all subcontractors in accordance with the project schedule.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including site logs, safety sheets, photographs, weekly tool inventory reports, equipment hours reports, and as-built drawings.
- Communicate project status updates to the Project Manager and other stakeholders.

- Proven experience in construction field supervision.
- Willing and eager to work in a fast‑paced environment, as needed, to meet customer deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, materials, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
- OSHA certification and familiarity with safety regulations and protocols.
- Leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
- Proficiency in project management software (ACC Build) and Microsoft Office Suite.
