Roofing Technician​/Site Manager

This role is responsible for visiting job sites, ensuring quality workmanship, communicating with crews and homeowners, handling service work, and making sure every project stays on schedule. • Manage roofing projects from start to finish.
• Visit active job sites to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate with roofing crews and subcontractors.
• Communicate with homeowners throughout the project.
• Perform final quality inspections.
• Handle punch lists and warranty/service items.
• Order and coordinate materials as needed.
• Solve jobsite issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain project schedules and documentation.
• Represent Deitemeyer Brothers with professionalism and excellent customer service.

• Roofing or construction experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
