Summary The Van Wert County Fairgrounds is looking for a Seasonal Customer Service Representative to join our team from June through September. If you enjoy working with the public and being part of a fast-paced, event-driven environment, this could be a great fit for you.
Responsibilities- Processing ticket sales in the office
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Assisting customers and visitors with questions about events, rentals, and activities
- Performing general office and administrative tasks (filing, communication, etc.)
- Providing exceptional customer service to the public, vendors, and partners
- Previous office, administrative, or public relations experience preferred
- Knowledge of fair or event operations is a plus
- Strong computer skills required
