Job Type: Full-time.
PAY RANGE: $17.50 per hour without any previous experience.
DUTIES: Primary duties of this position include case management/customer service, determining initial and ongoing eligibility for customers applying for public assistance, processing case changes, taking and returning phone calls, and processing alerts for public assistance cases.
Applicants must possess excellent customer service skills, communication skills, computer experience, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
