Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for contract assignment starting March 2-31 at their Corporate Health clinic in Van Wert, OH. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, annual physicals (including well woman if requested), and Occupational Health issues including Worker's Comp evaluation and follow-up. Hours are Monday 6:30am-5:00pm, Tuesday & Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm, Wednesday 6:30am-3:30pm, all with a 30-minute lunch break, and Friday 6:30am-12:00pm.

Provider must be Board Certified and must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. DOT Certification is preferred. Occupational Medicine, Worker's Comp experience is a plus.
