Position Overview

• Hospital based CRNA coverage
• All CRNA practice model is referenced
• EMR:
  Epic

Clinical Scope

• Endoscopy
• Podiatry
• General
• Orthopedics
• Urology
• Adult patients
• Spinals, blocks, and epidurals required
• Case logs required within the past 2 years, including proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks

Required Qualifications

• CRNA
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA required)

Credentialing

• Estimated credentialing timeframe: 60 to 90 days
• Temporary privileges may be available with a clear background and malpractice history and an active unrestricted license
