Ensure that products and processes meet quality standards and customer specifications by conducting inspections, tests, and monitoring production processes. Support continuous improvement efforts to maintain high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Perform visual and dimensional inspections on products from all production processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product dimensions.
• Identify and report defects, deviations, or inconsistencies in materials and products across all processes.
• Conduct physical and chemical tests on materials and products as required by quality standards.
• Document and analyze test results for all production processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Report non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis to address quality issues.

• Additional training in quality control or manufacturing is a plus.
• Previous experience in quality control roles within production processes preferred.
• Physical ability to handle materials during inspections and stand for extended periods.
• Capable to work in 12 hour shifts, Day Shift and Night Shifts Available with rotating weekends.
