Material Handler

Location:

Van Wert, OH.

Pay Rate: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Hours:

(Monday - Thursday: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM) (Friday - Sunday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM).

• High school diploma or GED.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and remain on feet all shift.
• Wear steel-toe safety shoes.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and minor repairs on production equipment.
• Operate within established manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Read and interpret blueprints, control plans, job instructions, and technical documentation.
• Use precision tools including calipers, gauges, and scales to verify product quality.
• Ensure all products meet or exceed customer and facility quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace in support of 5S and lean manufacturing practices.
• Support continuous improvement by applying and retaining manufacturing techniques and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production and delivery targets.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment at all times.
