Role Overview

Production Worker – 2nd Shift (3:30pm–12am). Under direct supervision, performs entry‑level routine activities associated with assembly machine operation and/or setup.

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment in a safe and productive manner according to operational standard work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate unit production equipment and material handling equipment.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including use of required PPE, ensuring machine guards and safety features are working, and promoting good safety practices.
• Load and unload raw goods and/or finished products.
• Visually inspect products to ensure quality.
• Responsible for housekeeping and general maintenance functions within the work area.
• Perform 5S and TPM functions within the work area.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing production experience preferred.

Requires continuous standing, frequent lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, pulling/pushing, twisting of trunk and neck, reaching, and grasping/squeezing. Occasional climbing/balancing. Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays. Able to lift 50lbs consistently.

Pay: $18.00 per hour. Eligible for a short‑term incentive. Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, paid time off and other benefits effective day one.
