Production operators needed—starting wage $18/hr rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule. Newly built manufacturing plant in Van Worth, OH, produces molded pulp egg carton products.

• Set up printer processes according to job specifications, including loading ink and plates.
• Adjust machine settings to optimize print quality, color accuracy, and application.
• Monitor printing runs to identify and address issues such as misprints or color variations.
• Maintain detailed run records, logging job numbers, print settings, and quality issues.
• Inspect printers for defects and perform basic machine maintenance; report needed repairs.
• Adhere to safety procedures, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting hazards.

• Mechanical aptitude.
• Attention to detail—ability to monitor the printing process for defects.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor issues and identify quality issues.
• Physical stamina to handle plates and changeovers.

• Production facility with loud machinery and varying temperatures.
• Repetitive movements and standing for long periods.

No experience necessary—training provided. The more skills you have, the more valuable you are to the team.

• Competitive wage—$18/hour.
• Benefits eligibility on the 1st of the month following 30 days (medical/dental/vision insurance plus company‑paid life, STD, & LTD).
