2nd Shift-Production Worker

3:30pm - 12:00am

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and productively in accordance with Operational Standard Work and supervisor instructions.
• Operate equipment associated with producing units and material handling equipment.
• Follow all applicable safety policies and practices, including use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), ensuring machine guards and safety features are functioning, and promoting good safety practices.
• Load and unload raw goods and finished products.
• Perform visual inspection of product to ensure quality.
• Maintain housekeeping and perform general maintenance functions within the work area.
• Perform 5S and TPM functions within the work area.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 3+ years of manufacturing production experience preferred.

• Require continuous standing and frequent lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, pulling/pushing, twisting of the trunk and neck, reaching and grasping/squeezing.
• Occasional climbing/balancing.
• Must be willing and able to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to lift 50 lbs consistently.

Pay: $18.00 per hour. Position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
