Machine Operator – Van Wert, OH

Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.50 per hour

Sign‑On Bonus: $2,500 offered at hire

1st Shift: Monday‑Friday, 6:45 AM – 2:45 PM or Monday‑Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM

3rd Shift: Sunday Night‑Thursday Night, 10:45 PM – 6:45 AM or Monday Night‑Thursday Night, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Training will be on 1st Shift.

• Operate and oversee multiple manufacturing machines to produce high‑quality parts according to specifications.
• Inspect parts using gauges and measurement tools to verify accuracy and consistency.
• Follow standard work procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any quality or equipment issues to the supervisor.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and adhere to standard work procedures.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, control plans, and work instructions.
• Basic experience with measurement tools such as gauges or measuring tape.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly and standing for extended durations.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to upholding safety standards.
• Proficient in spoken and written English.
