Tekni Plex is seeking a Production Supervisor for its Van Wert, OH facility on a night shift (4:30pm–5:00am) with a rotating 2/2/3 schedule. You will plan and direct 40+ employees, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and drive continuous improvement with leadership across teams.
The role requires 5 years’ manufacturing leadership, strong communication, and coaching ability;
