Job Duties
- Watch conveyor belts and equipment to make sure products move safely and smoothly through the production line.
- Use cameras, sensors, and visual checks to spot jams, damaged items, or equipment problems.
- Stop the conveyor when needed and safely remove stuck cartons using approved tools and procedures.
- Check cartons for quality and remove damaged or defective products from the line.
- Redirect product flow when needed to keep production running efficiently.
- Clean and organize the work area to support a safe and productive workplace.
- Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, and safety concerns to the proper team members.
- Help with basic conveyor troubleshooting and support daily production operations.
- Follow all company safety rules and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
Requirements
- Entry level
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Closed-toe shoes required
- Able to read basic operating guidelines and safety procedures
- Basic math skills
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
