Responsibilities- Perform home health OASIS assessments and skilled nursing visits
- Implementing a plan of care.
- Performing direct nursing services such as administering treatments and assisting in assessments and evaluations
- Assisting with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
- Recording pertinent information in the patient record
- Identifying and evaluating the patient s response to health problems and treatments
- Communicating care needs to others involved in the care
- Nursing License required
- Receive paid travel time and mileage reimbursement
