Summary

• Collaborate effectively with staff to facilitate meaningful clinical experiences that support course outcomes.
• Assist students to acquire the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to safely and effectively participate in nursing practice.
• Cultivate student learning in the classroom, laboratory, and clinical settings.
• Emphasize and maintain the philosophy and framework of Vantage Career Center and the Nursing programs.

• Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in Ohio or a compact license.
• A baccalaureate degree in Nursing is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of practice as a Registered Nurse.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse staff and students.
• Meetsallmandated health requirements(e.g. a negativetuberculosis test,etc.)
• A recordfree of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
• Complies with drug‑free workplace rules and board policies.
• Keeps current with technology and other workplace innovations that support job functions.
• Commitment to keep current with occupational trends and skills deemed essential by employers.
