As a Global Quality Specialist, you will be a central driver of our quality culture. You will have the opportunity to:

• Serve as the key quality expert for our manufacturing sites,
  driving alignment
  with global standards and strategies.
• Champion
  process standardization
  across all plants, implementing best practices for inspection, testing, and containment.
• Lead
  cross-functional problem-solving
  using structured methods like 8D and 5-Why to identify root causes and prevent future issues.
• Use your analytical skills to
  monitor key quality metrics
  , turning data into actions that reduce defects and improve customer satisfaction.
• Play a vital role in
  new product launches
  by ensuring manufacturing readiness and supporting customer quality activities, including PPAP submissions.

We are looking for a quality leader with a passion for driving improvement in a global manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in
  Engineering, Quality,or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in a
  manufacturing, customer, or supplier quality
  role.
• Deep expertise in quality systems (
  ISO/IATF
  ), structured problem-solving (
  8D, 5-Why
  ), and core quality tools (
  PPAP, NPD
  ).
• A proven ability to
  drive standardization
  and coordinate improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a willingness to
  travel globally
  as needed.
