Summary

Join the Deitemeyer Brothers team as a Mechanic / Logistics Support team member and help keep our operations running smoothly. This hands-on role is responsible for maintaining company vehicles and equipment, organizing the shop and yard, preparing materials and trailers for upcoming projects, and ensuring our crews have everything they need to succeed.

• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on company vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and coordinate major repairs when needed.
• Inspect equipment to ensure it is safe and job-ready.
• Organize and maintain the shop, yard, and inventory.
• Prepare and stock trailers and materials for upcoming jobs.
• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to job sites as needed.
• Keep accurate maintenance records and assist with fleet organization.
• Support field crews with logistics and other operational needs.

• Mechanical experience with trucks, trailers, small engines, or construction equipment preferred.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus but not required).
• Self-motivated, dependable, and a team player.
