HELP WANTED:
Program Services Manager

The Council on Aging is a 501c3 charitable organization that has been providing senior services in Van Wert County since 1975.

Our agency is seeking a full-time Program Services Manager to oversee daily office operations, programming of direct senior services and program activities at the Senior Center.

This position is currently vacant and needs to be filled immediately.

• 40 hours/week, salaried position. When needed must be able to work several evenings and early morning hours throughout the year.
• Competitive pay starting at $18 per hour and may be higher depending on experience, skills, and organizational fit.
• COA vehicle provided for agency use

• Coordinating client services and transportation
• Overseeing senior programs and activities
• Managing office operations, schedules, and records
• Assisting with outreach, newsletters, and fundraising events

• High School diploma or GED required (Associate degree or equivalent experience preferred)
• Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check

• This position does not include health insurance benefits; however, it does include a generous $300 monthly Family Expense Stipend.
• An employer sponsored Simple IRA retirement plan is available.
• 3 weeks paid vacation.
• 11 Paid Holidays
• Monday through Friday work schedule
