Driver Summary

Woodlands Grove Recovery Campus is seeking a dependable and compassionate Client Transport Driver to provide safe, reliable transportation for clients receiving treatment and recovery services. This position plays an important role in supporting client care by ensuring timely transportation to appointments, recovery-related activities, and other approved destinations while maintaining a respectful, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to and from medical appointments, community resources, and other approved destinations.
• Follow established schedules while remaining flexible to meet changing transportation needs.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized vehicle.
• Practice safe driving habits and comply with all traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist clients with entering and exiting the vehicle as appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in accordance with organizational policies.
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and supervisors regarding transportation schedules and client needs.
• Complete required transportation logs and documentation accurately.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass required background checks, drug screening, and motor vehicle record review.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and customer service-oriented.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and treat all clients with dignity and respect.
• Previous experience transporting passengers or working in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services is preferred but not required.
