Warehouse Assistant​/Material Runner

The Warehouse Assistant / Material Runner supports field and warehouse operations by organis-ing inventory, delivering materials and equipment to job sites, assisting with warehouse manage-ment, and ensuring crews have the resources needed to maintain project schedules. This position requires a motivated individual who is dependable, organized, safety-conscious, and committed to supporting team success.

• Deliver materials, tools, and equipment to and from job sites in a safe and timely manner.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, stocking, and maintaining warehouse inventory.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, trailers, or manual labor as needed.
• Perform routine warehouse housekeeping and maintain organized storage areas.
• Assist with tracking and staging materials for upcoming projects.
• Support field crews and project teams by ensuring materials and equipment are available when needed.
• Conduct basic inspections of tools and equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager with inventory counts, deliveries, and special projects.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Positive attitude and professional communication skills.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation.

• Experience in construction, warehouse operations, or material handling.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Experience pulling trailers and securing loads.
• CDL (preferred but not required).
