Responsibilities
As the Mailroom & Reception Administrative Coordinator, your daily contributions will impact the efficiency of the entire business administration team. Your core duties include:

• Managing all incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distribution, and coordinating with couriers to ensure timely delivery of essential documents.

• Serving as the primary backup for the reception desk, handling high-volume calls with professional phone etiquette and greeting visitors with a positive attitude.

• Entering data and scanning documents into internal systems with high accuracy to maintain digital records.

• Assisting the Facilities department with workstation setups, supply inventory management, and office organization projects.

• Responding to internal requests from various departments, ensuring a high level of customer service within the organization.

• Preparing correspondence and shipping equipment or documents while maintaining the quality and accuracy of all information.

• Supporting new initiatives and administrative projects as requested by the Facilities Manager to optimize office workflow.

• Ensuring the front office and mailroom areas remain organized, professional, and compliant with corporate standards.
