We are hiring acontract Scheduling Coordinator for our Security Services branch in Vancouver, BC.

Full-time Contract (Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm)
What does a Scheduling Coordinator do?
Prepare, manage, and coordinate all the scheduling activities for the CBSA contract
Ensure all zones are covered as scheduled and in accordance with client requirements.
Use scheduling software to input client requirements and update employee schedules.
Ensure a high level of accuracy of data input into the scheduling program, ensuring that new or more accurate information is diligently input, and all input deadlines are met.
Provide exceptional customer service to employees and clients.
Collaborate with the team to reduce overtime by seeking and applying scheduling knowledge.
Ensure scheduling compliance in accordance with the ISO 9000 requirements.
Qualifications to become a Scheduling Coordinator
Previous high-volume scheduling experience is an asset.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, as well as experience using scheduling software.
