We’re currently hiring an Administrative Assistant on behalf of a well-established professional services firm. This role is ideal for an organized, detail-oriented administrator who enjoys supporting senior professionals and keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly in a fast-paced office environment.

About the Opportunity

As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide general administrative and operational support to Partners, Managers, and the broader team. You’ll play an important role in coordinating schedules, preparing documents, and assisting with internal processes. This opportunity suits someone who is reliable, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

You’ll gain exposure to a professional services setting and work closely with various stakeholders across the firm. The role offers stability, variety, and the chance to become a trusted support resource within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to senior team members
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and scheduling requests
  • Prepare, format, and organize documents and correspondence
  • Assist with billing, invoicing, and administrative follow-ups
  • Maintain electronic files, records, and internal documentation
  • Support workflow tracking and internal deadlines
  • Assist with general office administration and ad-hoc requests
  • Provide reception or front-office support when required
Requirements
  • 1–3+ years of administrative or office support experience
  • Experience in a professional services or accounting environment is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
  • Professional, dependable, and team-oriented approach
