This position is a temporary opportunity running from March 12th to May 30th, with standard business hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Located in a transit-accessible, prestigious office setting in downtown Vancouver, this role requires 100% on-site presence to ensure the front desk is manned at all times. As part of the business administration team, you will handle a variety of tasks including managing the 'One Serve' portal, coordinating mail distribution, and assisting with overflow calls. - Manage the front desk operations to ensure the reception area is manned at all times during business hours.
- Perform essential business administration tasks including ordering office supplies, managing uniforms, and coordinating courier services.
- Monitor and respond to all inquiries via the 'One Serve' portal, ensuring emails are addressed or forwarded to the appropriate staff members for action.
- Handle incoming telephone calls with professionalism, assisting with overflow inquiries and screening calls as needed.
- Coordinate the pick-up and distribution of daily mail and packages for the office and tenants.
- Support the tenant services team by checking urgent work orders and ensuring timely communication.
- Maintain the general cleanliness and organization of the office and kitchen areas, including loading and unloading the dishwasher.
- Assist with various administrative projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor to support the business administration flow.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for professional customer care.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced business administration environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high productivity.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a real estate setting.
- Competent IT skills and the ability to learn new software portals quickly.

- Minimum of 1+ year of experience in a customer service role; experience in commercial property management is a significant asset.
