Front Desk Clerk – Entry Level

We seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Clerk to support daily receptionist and administrative duties. This entry-level position offers straightforward, structured tasks with full training provided. You will play an important role in creating a welcoming and organised environment while delivering excellent customer service.

• Greet visitors and provide outstanding customer service
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department
• Take messages and respond to general inquiries
• Manage emails and forward messages as needed
• Receive and distribute mail and packages
• Maintain a neat and organised front desk area
• Track office supplies and assist with basic record keeping

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office
• Good organisational and multi-tasking abilities
• Friendly, professional, and dependable attitude
• Previous experience is an asset but not required
