The Office Coordinator plays a critical role in the day-to-day management of the Mark Anthony Group Vancouver office. This high-energy, proactive individual will help create and maintain a positive, welcoming environment while ensuring the office operates smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, keeps the space organized and running seamlessly, and contributes to a highly productive workplace experience for employees and guests alike.
Whatyou'll do:
- Manage daily office operations, administrative procedures, communications, and visitor experience to ensure a seamless, professional, and welcoming workplace.
- Manage and coordinate high-volume shipping/receiving and inbound mail on a daily basis.
- Manage relationships with external vendors; oversee office supplies and inventory within budget; and track expenses and invoices.
- Maintain workplace cleanliness, including meeting rooms, shared offices, common areas, entryways, and kitchens, while contributing to OHS initiatives.
- Plan and lead office events, engagement initiatives, and milestone anniversary celebrations.
- Maintain the office floor plan and hot desks via Envoy, and coordinate office access, parking, and building facilities and amenities.
- Provide ad-hoc meeting and event support for Executive Assistants (EAs)
- 2+ years of front desk and/or administrative experience.
- Undergraduate/Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
- Available to work 5 days in the office, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels.
- Proven time management skills (ability to prioritize, multi-task, and meet deadlines).
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Mark Anthony is committed to hiring, engaging, and growing qualified, talented, and motivated team members at every level of our organization. We offer competitive compensation that recognizes individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
