As part of Hatch's Shared Services group, your responsibilities will encompass organizing office configurations, maintaining reports, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize office reconfigurations and moves
• Coordinate repair and maintenance services
• Update monthly office headcount and floor plans
• Procure materials for maintenance purposes
• Manage office supply inventory and service requests
Requirements:
• Experience in managing facilities projects
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Experience in a senior facilities role beneficial
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to lift up to 60lbs
