As the Administrative Assistant for the development team, you will manage schedules, communication with stakeholders, and oversee events. Candidates should possess 3-5 years of prior office experience, along with a diploma in Business Administration or a related field. Excellent command over English and proficiency in MS Office and Zoom is necessary for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the Director's email, highlighting priorities
• Plan complex meeting logistics and handle agendas
• Prepare documents and track deadlines for projects
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders
• Oversee logistical requirements for events and troubleshooting
Requirements:
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant office experience
• Diploma in Business Administration preferred
• High initiative and judgment in tasks
• Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in using Zoom and MS Office tools
Support critical development efforts through excellence in administrative tasks and initiative.
