- Coordinate and perform the TLS Program administration ensuring processing of licence and sponsorship-related tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinate and support the annual Local OBCCTC Licence renewals ensuring compliance with defined requirements.
- Act as administrative liaison with the OBCCTC and coordinate on day‑to‑day administration issues.
- Coordinate VFPA’s monthly drayage scorecard and dashboard reporting process on time.
- Handle high volume of routine telephone enquiries within scope.
- Prepare general correspondence as required.
- File and ensure TLS records are in good order.
- Support the TLS Documentation Coordinator as required.
- Act as the power user for the TLS information system and assist with system support and orient internal and external users.
- Coordinate change order requirements for third party vendors.
- Log and maintain service tickets for Salesforce (TLS platform).
- Prioritize work requirements for third party vendors.
- Test all updates in test‑environment in a timely fashion.
- Implement roll‑out of patches and module upgrades after test phase is complete.
- A minimum of 1 ½ years operations/logistics experience working with policy/license administration.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Fluency in Punjabi would be considered an asset.
