, you are the first point of contact and the ultimate brand ambassador. You don’t just answer phones; you curate a 5-star guest experience. Whether you’re greeting a high-level executive, managing a global switchboard, or ensuring our conference rooms are "camera-ready," you are the glue that holds our professional environment together.
We are looking for a high-energy, polished professional who thrives on variety and takes pride in being the "go-to" person for both guests and employees.
What You’ll Do- Master of First Impressions:
Greet all visitors with warmth, manage the digital guest log, and ensure security protocols (NDAs) are followed seamlessly. - Communication Hub:
Route global calls and handle sensitive inquiries with absolute discretion and a business-first attitude. - Access Control:
Act as the gatekeeper for facility security, issuing badges and managing access cards with meticulous detail. - Operational Support:
Be a team player, cross-trained in Mail Services, Hospitality, and Facilities Support to keep the office running at peak performance. - Event & Meeting Support:
From ordering top-tier catering to setting up high-tech conference rooms, ensure every meeting goes smoothly. - Workspace Maintenance:
Keep the reception, barista, and pantry areas pristine and stocked.
- Customer-Obsessed:
You are driven by client satisfaction and have a can-do attitude about any task. - Professional Demeanor:
Polished appearance, excellent English communication skills, and ability to stay calm under pressure. - Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with multi-line phone systems, PC/Mac environments, MS Office, and modern office tech (scanners/copiers). - Detail-Oriented:
You notice the small things and address them before they’re noticed by others.
- Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent required. - Experience:
1–3 years in professional settings (Reception, Concierge, or High-end Retail/Hospitality strongly preferred). - Physical Ability:
Comfortable walking, standing, and occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs. - Reliability:
Punctual and prepared to own your assigned work hours.
