Based in the Western Canada and Territories Region, Employment and Social Development Canada is looking for a Data Entry and Support Clerk. You will be integral to providing administrative support, including handling mail and managing client information.
Your role will involve maintaining data integrity and assisting in the preparation of various reports to streamline operations in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide clerical support through data entry and record management
• Classify and sort client mail and information accurately
• Update databases and tracking systems consistently
• Assist in preparing and managing reports
• Ensure all data and information is accurate and reliable
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or an equivalent combination of experience
• 6 years of relevant experience or education
• Strong communication (written) skills required
• Willingness to work variable hours and overtime
• Capable of performing physical tasks as necessary
