The Jewish Community Centre is seeking an Office Manager to enhance operational efficiency while supporting the executive director and board. This part-time position encompasses 32 hours per week, focusing primarily on day-to-day office maintenance, vendor relations, and insurance management. You will also contribute to staff onboarding and assist with event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day office supplies and services
• Oversee insurance portfolio and renewals
• Support staff onboarding and administrative tasks
• Coordinate tenant communication and meetings
• Handle company-wide communications and updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years in an administrative role
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Ability to manage confidential information
