Join the TMX Group, the largest Canadian-owned Transfer Agent, where you will be integral to supporting shareholders and managing Corporate Actions.
Your role includes validating requests, maintaining records, and responding to inquiries while adhering to regulatory requirements. Collaboration with various internal teams will enhance your problem-solving and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review and process securities transfer requests diligently
• Maintain accurate records of shareholder transfer activities
• Respond to inquiries via multiple communication channels
• Build knowledge of transfer regulations and client services
• Submit monthly fee statistics for management reporting
Requirements:
• College diploma or university degree in business/finance
• 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Knowledge of securities industry administrative processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Strong communication and organizational skills
