Position: Accounting Assistant for Trust Transactions
Support the Trust Accountant as an Accounting Assistant, handling administrative duties and trust paperwork efficiently. Join our dedicated team ensuring timely processing of transactions and documentation.

This role demands collaboration with the Accounting team, lawyers, and legal support professionals. As an Accounting Assistant, you will file, scan, and manage trust documentation while obtaining necessary signatures on transactions. You will contribute to internal processes and maintain communication with partners to ensure documentation is complete and accurate.

Key Responsibilities:

• File and scan trust documents promptly

• Obtain necessary signatures for transactions

• Follow-up for missing documentation from partners

• Perform ad-hoc tasks including bank runs

Requirements:

• High school graduation required

• Minimum of 2 years’ office or accounting experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

• Strong service orientation with positive attitude
