BGO is seeking an organized and proactive individual to enhance our Vancouver office operations. With at least three years of office administration experience and a solid foundation in facilities coordination, you will play a crucial role. Your responsibilities will include managing visitor interactions, streamlining administrative tasks, and ensuring the upkeep of office spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and direct visitors professionally and warmly
• Manage the main switchboard and handle calls effectively
• Coordinate meeting room bookings and setups
• Supervise mail distributions and courier services
• Oversee cleaning services and office supply inventory
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of office administration experience
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Police clearance check required
