In this deployed role, you will manage travel arrangements, conduct briefings, and provide essential guidance to ensure policy compliance. Leading a team of Coordinators, you’ll deliver high-quality service while planning recreational activities to bolster morale. Your background in travel coordination, customer service, and office administration will be pivotal in this impactful position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate travel arrangements for CAF members and their families
• Conduct briefings and provide essential guidance
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and process financial claims
• Oversee a team, including scheduling and performance management
• Plan events and activities to support moral and welfare
Requirements:
• College diploma in Tourism, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in travel arrangements and logistics
• Strong customer service and conflict management skills
• Familiarity with policy interpretation
• Valid driver’s license, Canadian citizenship, and passport
Utilize your travel coordination skills to support the well-being of CAF members stationed in Latvia.
