Office Admin Manager
Eco Property Maintenance is a fast growing, systems driven landscape maintenance company based in North Vancouver. We specialize in strata and commercial maintenance & snow removal, delivering consistent, high-quality service across the entire Lower Mainland.
Job OverviewThis is an operations role responsible for keeping the company organized, efficient, and moving forward. You will manage systems, support field operations, and ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities- Support field coordination and contract invoicing
- Payroll preparation, timesheet review, and data accuracy
- Bookkeeping support (Quick Books, job costing, expenses)
- Accounts receivable and payable duties
- Client communication (emails, calls, follow-ups)
- Organize and improve internal systems and processes
- Support hiring, onboarding, and documentation
- Coordinate internal events and client touch points
- Maintain organized digital files and workflows
- Extremely organized and detail‑oriented
- Strong tech skills (Quick Books, Google Drive, apps)
- Independent and proactive mindset
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in admin/operations (required)
